Spisigona

Spisigo means "piece" in Piacenza and it is in pieces that are removed from the dough and put into the mould that this dry almond cake is made. Most people are familiar with the Mantuan version, the sbrisolona, but we propose our own version, to which we add a twist of lemon to the dough as well as a sprinkling of corn flour.
